Rock Gaming/Caesars Joint Venture

Rock Ohio Caesars LLC (ROC) is a joint venture comprised of Midwest-based Rock Gaming LLC, and the world's most geographically diversified casino entertainment company, Caesars Entertainment Corporation. ROC will develop urban casinos in downtown Cleveland and downtown Cincinnati; Caesars Entertainment will manage the casinos.

ROC is developing Horseshoe Cincinnati, which is expected to open in spring 2013. Projected to attract nearly 6 million annual visits to the downtown, Horseshoe Cincinnati will be another high-profile addition to the city's impressive sports, entertainment, music and cultural destinations. The estimated $400 million new development will create nearly 1,700 casino jobs.

ROC also developed Horseshoe Casino Cleveland which opened on May 14, 2012 and has created 1,600 casino jobs in Northeast Ohio.

The multi-million dollar facility is being designed to foster economic growth and create new jobs while expanding Baltimore's diverse entertainment offerings. Ground-breaking on Horseshoe Baltimore is expected to take place in early 2013 with an opening in mid-2014.

Dan Gilbert, chairman of Rock Gaming, is also chairman and founder of Quicken Loans, Inc., the country's largest online retail mortgage lender. He is also the majority owner of the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers and the American Hockey League's Lake Erie Monsters; both teams play at the Quicken Loans Arena in downtown Cleveland.
